OVERVIEW
In today’s global manufacturing market, you will benefit from developing a multi-discipline skill base that prepares you for the high level tasks that are required to excel. At HTC, you’ll have the advantage of earning a degree that allows you to receive a broad-based education in the manufacturing environment along with a specialization in one or more of the many areas involved in this field, including automated machinery systems, electronics, fluid power, machine technology, engineering CAD, plastic technology or welding. That’s the kind of training that helps you establish or advance a career in manufacturing.
LABS AND CLASSROOMS
Our lab areas are very clean and inviting with modern equipment along with up to date hands-on activities for a positive learning experience. The experiments performed in the labs are focused towards the course topics discussed in lectures. METS students will utilize labs in the following areas: Fluid Power, Plastics, Engineering CAD and Machine Tool Technologies. Other lab areas that you are able to focus on include: Electronics, Welding and Robotic Technologies.
