OVERVIEW
With training in the Industrial Building Engineering and Maintenance program (IBEM), you’ll benefit from a multi-discipline education in building and machine maintenance technologies. Learn about various aspects of maintenance carpentry , heating and cooling practices, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical contol and motor control operation, machine-tool processes, welding, CAD operation, troubleshooting techniques and practice. If it helps you understand building and machine maintenance, you’ll learn it here. That’s why you’ll be prepared to succeed on the job.


LABS AND CLASSROOMS
Our lab areas are very clean and inviting with modern equipment along with up to date hands-on activities for a positive learning experience.  The experiments performed in the labs are focused towards the course topics discussed in lectures.  IBEM students will utilize labs in following areas: Fluid Power, Welding, Engineering CAD, Machine Tool, Carpentry and HVAC.
